What happens when you visit
We use Google Analytics to understand which guides people read and how they move around the site. It can receive page addresses, search terms, clicks, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from the connection. We also count when someone starts an exercise, opens a related guide, or views or opens a clearly marked affiliate advertisement. Advertisement counts include the public guide topic, placement, display format and selected product, never your journal writing. A view is counted when a product card or shop link is visible long enough to read, or when you open an advertised shop link. Exercise counts contain the public activity name and type, never your written answers or which option you chose. We do not send your written practice notes, planner title, owner name, recipe files, or PDFs as analytics events.
There is no cookie popup. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay disabled and Google may receive limited measurements without cookies. Elsewhere, Analytics may use first-party cookies. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, our analytics script does not load.

Advertisements and affiliate links
Some guides include a section labelled Advertisement with products from The Washi Tape Shop. We may earn a commission if you buy through these links. The product links use our affiliate ID, 2307. Browsing the guide is free, and you don’t need to buy anything to follow its lesson.
The carousel shows ten products selected from the shop’s public catalog. We vary the selection and give priority to product names that match the published guide’s materials, such as washi tape or stickers. This uses the guide topic, not a profile of you. If the preview cannot load, you can still use the shop link. We refresh the cached catalog regularly; prices, options and availability can change, so check the shop’s product page before buying. We do not label these random selections as personal reviews or tested recommendations.
Product pictures load from the merchant’s image service, which receives the technical information needed to deliver the image. Clicking a product takes you to the shop, where its privacy policy and affiliate attribution rules apply. We do not load an advertising network or use your journal writing to choose products.
Your planner files stay with you
Planner Recipe files are opened in your browser, and planner PDFs are created there before download. The site does not upload those recipe files or PDFs to its server. If you use your device’s share sheet, the destination you choose has its own privacy practices.

If you email Tiny Systems Co., your address and message are used to reply and keep a record of the conversation. We keep correspondence only as reasonably needed for that purpose. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email jangdaehan1@gmail.com.
Links and service providers
Links to Instagram and other reference websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own.
A few other things to know
The site is not directed to children under 13 and has no account or signup system. Material changes to how the site handles information will be dated here.
Your practice notes
Writing exercises can keep a draft in this browser tab for up to 24 hours, so you can refresh or visit another guide and come back. We do not upload these words. Closing the tab normally clears its session storage; browser restore settings may keep a session longer. Use Copy or Download my note when you want to keep an entry, and avoid sensitive writing on a shared device. If storage is unavailable, the exercise tells you to copy or download before leaving.
